Everything you need to know to get started.
Click the + New Org Customization button on the home page. Fill in the org name and brand name. You can also apply a brand kit here to auto-fill your brand details. All settings can be edited later.
On the org detail page, click Connect to Salesforce. You'll be redirected to log in through Salesforce directly — no need to enter credentials in Org Builder. Once connected, you'll see a green status badge showing your connected org.
Use the Upload Files button to drop in brand guidelines, logos, or style assets. Or click Select Brand Kit to pick from an existing brand kit created in Brand Kit Builder. Then hit ✨ Analyze & Auto-fill and AI will extract brand colors, description, and more.
Org Builder automatically fetches your brand's logo and generates an org banner when you enter a website URL. You can also generate AI-powered persona headshots for both your Customer Persona and User Persona — gender is auto-detected from the persona name. Upload, paste, or generate images right from the Images card.
Fine-tune any field on the detail page — org name, brand colors, description, persona names, and more. When you make changes, a yellow Save Settings bar appears at the bottom of the card. Click 💾 Save Settings to persist your updates.
Click 🎨 Apply Theme to Org to push your branding to Salesforce. This uploads your banner image, deploys a Lightning Experience theme with your brand color, updates the authenticated user's display name to match the User Persona, and sets their profile photo. After deploying, go to Setup → Themes and Branding to activate the theme.
Click the Share button on any org's detail page to send a copy to a colleague. Enter their email address and they'll receive the full org configuration — brand details and all. You can replace a previous share or send a fresh copy.
